Questions

Does applying guarantee a loan?

No. The form is an enquiry. Any loan is subject to our review and approval, and our team will contact you to discuss it.

Do I need to share my PAN or Aadhaar?

Not to send your enquiry. They are required when we review your application, and our team will ask for them then.

How do I log in to my customer account?

Use the mobile number we have on record for you. We send a one-time code to that number. If you cannot log in, email us and we will check the number on your account.

How do I pay my EMI?

Open your customer account, choose the loan and follow the UPI payment steps, then submit your payment details. Our team confirms the payment, and the receipt appears in your account after that.

How is my information protected?

Your phone number is verified with a one-time code before we accept it. Aadhaar numbers are stored encrypted, and every time our team opens your ID details it is recorded.
